However, in rare cases where an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer an Exchange Policy to ensure your experience remains smooth and reliable.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order is successfully delivered. Exchange is available only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received a different item from what you ordered.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at stylcliq@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order ID and registered email/phone number.
- A clear photo/video showing the defect or wrong item received.
Once verified, our support team will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability).
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
- Hygiene-sensitive items like perfumes, undergarments, or accessories (unless damaged during delivery).
4. Important Notes
- Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of the StylCliq Quality Team.
- If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit valid for your next purchase.
- StylCliq reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
