At StylCliQ, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Categories

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Innerwear and personal care items
  • Fragrances and cosmetics once opened
  • Customized or made-to-order items

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or share the return address.
  3. Items will be quality-checked upon receipt before refund processing.

Refunds

  • Since StylCliQ operates on a prepaid-only basis, all refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defect).

Exchanges

  • Size or product exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired size/item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be honored, and the standard return process will apply.

  • We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
  • All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • StylCliQ operates on a 100% prepaid basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued in such cases.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds
